Overview
Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface.
It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc’s characteristic. Usually hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.
Galvanized sheet is a steel plate coated with a layer of zinc. Zinc plating is an economical and effective rust prevention method often used, and about half of the world's zinc production is used in this process.Hot dip galvanized steel sheet. Dip the sheet into the molten zinc bath to make a layer of zinc sheet stick to the surface. At present, the main use of continuous galvanized production process, that is, into a roll of steel continuous immersion in the melting of zinc plating tank to make galvanized steel.
Packaging & shipping
Packaging and loading:
Packaging: According to customers' needs, use wrapping paper. If the transportation period exceeds 10 days or encounters special climate, we will use waterproof packaging and add plastic film to prevent moisture, water and rust.
Loading: We use the wooden pallet,triangular wood to fix the coil,and the steel wire rope to hold on the both side. That can prevent from the crush injury effectively.
